World Food Day symposium, woke at 5:30 (not actually unusual anymore, tho I've no idea why). Did one of the presentations because the speaker was ill; kinda felt I sucked but was complimented by several people, among them the grand old lady of the office, so I'm pleased now. Granted, I was forty minutes late, but I came in before the boss and that's all that matters. And I am here. Win!

Another fucking sick day. The headache's gone for now, but I feel weird and feverish. Waking at night and unable to get up in the morning. Had to text in sick. Puts our tiny office in shambles, all 1+2 of us away sick or on personal business.
